Any ring that is custom made is not eligible for a return or refund.

Returns, refunds, and credits are not eligible for any change of mind purchases on any products.

Faulty jewellery will always be repaired if it is a manufacturing fault. Exclusions include wear and tear due to buyer's own fault or carelessness.

​We do not offer refunds for incorrect ring sizing choices by the customer. Please make sure to know your sizing! Send a message or click here for help.

​Returns, refunds, and credits are only eligible if the item is faulty and must be processed within 14 days of the purchase.
