Because each custom-made piece is handcrafted just for you, I am unable to offer returns or refunds on custom orders.
Returns, refunds, and credits are not eligible for any change of mind purchases on any products.
Faulty jewellery will always be repaired if it is a manufacturing fault. Exclusions include wear and tear due to buyer's own fault or carelessness.
Unfortunately I do not offer refunds for incorrect ring sizing chosen by the customer. Please make sure to know your sizing! Send me a message or click here for help.
